One view of your audience
Behaviour and revenue in the same place, not two tools apart
Because Pelcro runs your paywall, checkout and billing, reader activity is stored alongside the subscriptions and payments it relates to. You don't have to sync or match data between separate tools.
Account-wide activity
One feed of every tracked event across your site, with conversion, checkout abandonment and renewal rate at the top.
One record per subscriber
Subscriptions, payments, invoices, addresses, orders, tickets and login activity on a single customer profile.
Segments from behaviour
Group signed-in readers by their subscription and by what they do on your site, for example subscribers who haven't logged in for 30 days. Use the group for campaigns, exports and offers.
Data you can take anywhere
CSV exports, an Exports API, an activity API, webhooks and integrations with GA4, Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Zapier.
Across your whole account
See where readers convert, and where they drop off

For every subscriber
A single customer view, built from your own data
Everything about one reader
Open a customer to see their subscriptions, payments, invoices, payment methods, addresses, orders, support tickets and custom metadata in one record.
A login timeline
The Activity tab keeps a timeline of each login with the modal used, the country and the platform.
From the feed to the person
Every event in the account-wide feed links straight to that customer's profile and activity. Through the API, the Customer Journey endpoint returns one customer's events in order.
Segmentation
Segments that read like a sentence
Start from subscription data
Filter on status, renewal, plan, price, quantity, dates, location, campaign key and email marketing preference.
Add what readers did
Event criteria pick customers who have or have not performed an event, how often, and in what time window. They cover signed-in readers.
Put the segment to work
Use it for promotional and renewal campaigns, dynamic exports, and limiting which plans or coupons a reader can use.
Your data, your rules
Get data out, keep it consistent, delete it when asked
CSV exports and an Exports API
Export customers, subscriptions, invoices, payments, orders, segments and more, from the dashboard or programmatically.
An activity API

Webhooks and integrations
Webhooks for customer, subscription and newsletter changes, plus integrations with GA4, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zapier and Meta Pixel.

Customer data platform questions
- What is a customer data platform for publishers?
- A customer data platform brings each reader's details, subscriptions, payments and on-site behaviour into one record you can segment and act on. Pelcro does this for the first-party data it collects through your paywall, checkout, accounts and billing. It is not a general-purpose tool for stitching together anonymous visitors from other systems.
- Does Pelcro give me a single view of each subscriber?
- Yes. Each customer record has tabs for subscriptions, payments, invoices, payment methods, addresses, orders, support tickets, metadata and activity. The Activity tab is a timeline of the customer's logins with the modal, country and platform. Events in the account-wide activity feed link straight to the customer's profile.
- What reader activity does Pelcro track?
- Page views, paywall views, plan views, checkouts and checkout abandonment, registrations and logins, newsletter signups, subscription and gift changes, payments, address and payment method changes, saved items, adblock detection and failed actions. The Pelcro JS SDK and Pelcro's default UI record them; custom interfaces can send events with window.Pelcro.insight.track(). Events appear within 1 to 3 minutes.
- Is the data first-party?
- Yes. Activity comes from your own site through the Pelcro SDK and UI, and subscriptions, payments and accounts come from Pelcro's own checkout and billing. AI Data Co-Pilot answers questions over that data without it leaving the Pelcro environment.
- Can I segment readers by what they do?
- Yes, for signed-in readers. Customer segments can require that a reader has or has not performed an event, how many times, and in what time window, combined with subscription criteria such as status, renewal and plan. Segments feed campaigns, dynamic exports, and plan and coupon restrictions.
- How does activity connect to revenue and churn?
- The Customers Activity overview shows overall conversion, checkout abandonment and renewal rate, an acquisition funnel from paywall view to subscription, and the top converting pages by subscriptions created. Standard reports cover new, active, churned and canceled subscriptions, and the Subscription Health report tracks retention, churn and cohort performance over any period.
- Can I get my data out of Pelcro?
- Yes. You can export customers, subscriptions, invoices, payments, orders, segments and more to CSV, use the Exports API and the customer activity API, subscribe to webhooks, or connect GA4, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Zapier and other integrations. The activity API covers a 90-day window, so export activity you want to keep longer.
